Reminds me of a better, more advance, system from the posse you could create in Red Dead Redemption.
Damn, that game was tons of fun, i wish it would come out on the PC so that the online part could be revived once again.

Yeah, I did that. I asked because I didn't understand.

I did some deeper digging and, essentially, crews are like guilds in WOW. You can start one, and, once you do, you can designate various people to various ranks within your crew. The higher the rank within the crew, the more crew management abilities they have.
