Ground Zeroes - impressed or depressed?

I know a lot of us have already played MGS: Ground Zeroes. The were some who were impressed with the improvements incorporated in the game while some were disgruntled by the game's length. Some say that it shouldn't even have been released as a full fledged game. What do you think of Ground Zeroes? Were you impressed or depressed?

Well I played it on the PS3 and I couldn't get into it. Then again, it was my first MGS game and I'm not very good at stealth lol.

As for whether it should of been a free demo, I say yes. I think only big MGS fans will say it's worth its price, and that is fine. I'm sure if there was a Red Dead Redemption sequel demo with a price tag I'd pay!

From what Ive read and seen its just one big demo and you have to pay full game price.Rip off methinks.
Should be a third of price at most.

Wait for the full game.

Yeah no doubt they will bundle it with MGS V.

Your first Metal Gear Solid game? So did you suck at it? Haha!

I remember playing my first MGS game on the PS1 and I absolutely sucked. I couldn't even take down the very fist guard in the very first scene. Fortunately I had the patience to learn the stealth skills needed to play through the game.

Yes, I was terrible lol. Every 10 seconds I would do something to give away my position!

I finally got the game(was waiting for a good deal. got it for 25$).

I played for 1 hour, I must say I love it.
but then again I'm an MGS fan so I cant provide unbiased opinion.

I also like Kiefer Sutherland as The Boss.

I heard that it was not even the full game, that it was a teaser game for a newer version. I am not too sure, but yeah my husband is playing it right now. I have not started yet. I may just wait and see how he likes it. I just hate playing games and then they are too short or they are just teasers. This is why I do not really play demos, because I know if I like the game I can't get it right away haha. I love Metal Gear, so I may love it even though it is a short game.

It's basically a demo. It can take you anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours depending on how you go. There are other "side missions" that might add a few more hours to gameplay. But yeah, it really shouldn't of been released as a paid product. It should of been a free demo. Don't get me wrong though, I'm a new MGS fan and I had great fun with this game, I just still think it should of been a free demo. I hope this won't be a new trend for other companies.

I'm not the biggest MGS fan, but I do enjoy them quite a bit. This really seems odd that isn't just a free game or a glorified demo.
2 hours really doesn't seem nearly enough content to justify a release.

Even though the price tag was horrible highly, I loved Ground Zeroes. It was a great showcase for what the Phantom Pain will be, and I can't wait for that game because of this one. I had fun with the main missions, even though the "game" was incredibly short. I still fire it up and run around doing random and obscure things just for the fun of it. I like rehashing the experience to keep myself excited for TFP.

I'm really impressed. I played the Metal Gear Solid Game on PS Vita for the first time, which I feel very boring. Then I played the Ground Zero, the music, story and graphic really impressed me. That's why I'm so looking forward to the Phantom Pain.
