Need some help.
My son got a PS4 for Christmas. We have a DVI TV. I purchased a HDMI to DVI + Audio Converter. I have hooked up the converter and the video is working fine. On the back of the converter is S/PDIF AV amplifier port and a Analog Audio device port. I used the Analog Audio port with RCA audio cables to connect to the red/white ports on the TV AND there is no sound.
Can I use either of these ports on the converter to produce sound from the PS4 to the TV?
Do I need to use the Digital audio port on the PS4 and purchase a Digital to Analog converter and then connect to the Red/White audio on the TV?
