Hello everyone.

Just wanted to hook up with a gaming forum in these exciting gaming times we're in at the moment.

I've really only been gaming since about 2007, with the end of the PS2 era, beginning of the PS3. I write reviews for games, and have managed to get a couple published

I currently own a PSP, PS2, PS3, PS4 and PS Vita, and love them all.
Don't hate me but i also own a Xbox360 and XB1 and love them too!

I'm 42 years young Used to play rugby / american football / basbeball until my body said i couldn't anymore
I still go skiing when i can afford it, learning Norwegian ( slowly )

Games i'm generally on at the moment are Titanfall for the Xb1, but i am a HUGE Naughty Dog, Santa Monica fan.

Love the Uncharted series and the Last of Us. I also love the God of War series. These are probably my favourite games of the last generation.

Oh and friends call me Bond.... ( i love anything to do with James Bond )

PS4 user name when i have some cash will change to Cpt Blackadder, but currently use BB. I have Killzone SF and Infamous SS for the PS4 at the mo

Are you happy about The Last of Us coming to the PS4? And hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you can't change your PSN ID I wish they'd add that option. Maybe one day in the near future!

Also another question - from one Bond fan to another - which is your favourite Bond?

Ahh.. re the name change i've already registerred Cpt Blackadder on the PSN Network Just waiting for my PS PLus subscription to run out on the BB account then i'll move over to Blackadder

Re the last of us.. When my post count is 30 i'll post up my review i did of it and the DLC after that.

AM i happy it's coming to the PS4.. Yes of course, but not for $60! ( or £47 quid for us in the UK ) Think that's far too much. Have to say also a little disapointed that the chaps at ND haven't actually been working on anything new for the franchise, just a HD version of it for the PS4.

Best Bond film.. Casino Royal with Daniel Craig! I grew up on Roger Moore's Bond, but having read some of the books, i think Craig nailed what Bond is supposed to be like in Casino Royale, plus i think the script was awsome.. and i fancied the pants off the latin brunette LOL!

MGS, i never really got into. I like the stealth genre, and love the splintercell games, just MGS doesn't do it for me.
HOWEVER, i REALLY like the look of the latest MGS game and am looking with interest in the new one ( phantom pain ) so i could get into it.

Haha, well as you might noticed, I'm a huge MGS fan. Been buying consoles mainly for this game.

btw I havent played ground zero yet, I hope going open world doesnt change the whole dynamic of the game.

Yep still going strong at 42 /43 ( i've lost count now lol )

To be honest i got into gaming because there's nothing much on TV. I started playing some games and realized what a fasinating world they created that i could be in, and the rest, as they say is history.

Then throw into this you can meet and make new friends ( albeit online ones ) from the comfort of my sofa in my living room, WHILST playing these fantastic games is even better

I also play games to escape the stress, strain, drudgery, of real world things. I used to be a call centre manager. I got shouted at for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Coming home i used gaming to get it out my system. 10 minutes of God of War, i was back in happy mood

I plan to keep gaming until i'm well into my retirement!
