help me with my problem please

hello everyone

I have ps4 and I connect it with my android device (Galaxy Note 3) as internet provider to the ps4
but when i test the connection ,, it appears that my NAT type is Type 3 which is strict
and you know that with strict internet connection ,, i cant play online in such games like fifa 15

so what is the solution for my problem and open that strict ..

using your phone as internet sadly wont realy work with a console
