I replaced my stock HHD in my ps4 with a 1 TB SSD and I will tell you its the best thing I ever did So much faster, cooler, and a lot less noise. games load so quick and the game runs so much smoother no dead spots waiting for the hard drive to catch up. I just wanted to pass this on.

The question here is how much did you pay for the SSD?

I didnt know there is 1 TB SSD available, is it a hybrid or full SSD? whats the brand?

I thought about getting a SSD but didnt want to spend the extra.
I just bought a 7200rpm 1TB HDD at installed it day one.

1TB SSD? I'm actually drooling with envy here! With I had that in my PC, let alone my PS4!

Anyway, I've got a 500GB 7200rpm HDD and it is more than enough at the moment. Perhaps when SSD prices drop further I'll leave mechanical disks behind...
