Hi sorry if this has been posted but im getting really annoyed now, im a total noob to ps and have just got a ps4, i have downloaded a demo game frm ps store fine, i got a friend request and whn i go onto it i get the little spinny circle loading thing then i get error code NW-31456-9 please can anyone help, i googled and tried changing some setting on my router and it involved entering my ps4 ip, still no joy im lost on what to do
