High power consumption at power off state

Hi everyone,
Today i wanted to check the power consumption of my ps5 at standby and plugged it into a power monitoring plug. And i noticed something very odd. The power consumption at off state ( plugged in and powered off) was araound 32 watts. Does any one come acrross the same issue and do anyone have an idea what could be the case?

Well the PS5 can respond to the controller bluetooth signal to power it back on, so its not really totally off. But standby power consumption I would think should be way less than 32watts.

Yes, it should be around 1.5 watts , 20 times less.

When my PS5 is not in use I'll switch it off completely because on standby it consumes certain power, always did this with my TV which consumes power on standby!
