History of online players met ?

Hi,

Just wondering if I am missing something like a setting here.
After I meet a player online (for example UFC and Fifa 15) I can not see a list of players met which would let me messages/add them etc. I go to the option within the friends section but only see a record of two game meets, which are from a few months ago.
Maybe I have disabled the option to record this ? Or is it a known bug ?

Thanks
Dave

Hi Dave,

the game must support the 'players met' funcion in order to find recently met people under the "friends" section. As far as I know, the only games supporting that are Fifa14 and Call of Duty. It bothers, I know, because it would be a very useful function. The only thing to do, when you meet a player that you want to meet again, is to make him/her your friend. Some games like Assassin's Creed Unity keep track of the met players, but they do it only in-game.

Same issue discussed @ PS community here

Thanks for the feedback :)
I converted from XBOX to PS but with them not getting simple things like this working, it makes me regret it. Oh, and the pad triggers sticking.
I wish I could tell a UFC quiter that they are a dick :p

You also mentioned an alternative of adding them as a friend, I'm not sure how to do that as there doesnt seems to be a record to use to add them from.

Cheers
Dave

The Xbox One wouldn't have done you much justice either. The Xbox One unfortunately has a bad reputation as the UI goes. I own both, and my Xbox One is more trouble than its worth.

You're right: there's no record at all. You have to remember the name and input it in the search field. This is the only way we have at the moment. :)

Hey Uber, can you give me more details about your sentence, please? I am about to buy a Xbox1 but I need a direct experience before doing it. I'd like your suggestion too, if it worths having it or not. Thank's. :)

when i say everyone tells a different tale i mean everyone. ps4 is probably obviously better and the xbox one ui is very troublesome, if your getting an xbone, use it just for exclusives

Thank's for your feedback Night. I have had a X360 and, undesired advertising apart, the UI was quite simple and friendly. Now with the Xbone, many many people are complaining for the unuseful complexity of its UI, that makes it similar to Windows 8 (the worse OS ever). I am very attracted by the Xbone because of Tomb Raider, I love Lara Croft 0:

Obviously the UI is well know, other issues I have with mine is performance issues when playing games like Ryse or HMCC. The main issue I have is failures. It gets too hot or gets a little dust in there and it shuts down.

I will be getting a xbox one when they come out with the slim one i have a 360 my first one red ring so i got slim of that and any ways the xbox one thats out right now has to many issue with it and it looks like a 80s vcr back then lol lol

Yeah it sucks, on ps3 it was way much easier

I have to fully agree here. This is a feature the PS4 lacks that the PS3 had that I liked and got used to. The PS3 would have a list of all players met and the game you met them. This way you didn't have to scramble to add them in the game before they signed off. Ah well. Maybe in a future update.
