hotkeys

how do you use the hotkeys on the right ditrectonal button??....if they are for your weopons, how do you use the them, it currenly will not give me an option to assign a weopon or anything in my inventory to these hotkeys. I have learned how to use the potions hotkeys because these are explained, have they been uploaded to the game yet or am i missing something?? #help

You need to reach level 15, then you have the choice in your inventory to add a second weapon and shield, or bow, etc. It also changes your hotbar for your skills to be empty, so you can slot in completely different skills as well. Hope this helps you.
