How do I play Domination on Devastation?

How do I play Domination on Devastation? I don't have the first DLC (Onslaught), but I just downloaded Devastation and when I select to play that DLC it only has Team Deathmatch, Objective, and Hardcore under the game modes. Also when I go to play Extinction and select Mayday it searches, but then says "no games found" why is that?

Devastation DOM will only come up int he OBJ playlist. They do not have a separate DOM playlist, which I think is a huge mistake.

I have never played extinction, so can't answer that one.
