How do you record gameplay from PS4 to Youtube ??

There is no sound with this video... that's what the question is.

Hey guys, hope you can help.

Above is my first effort at trying to get gameplay from my PS4 on to my youtube account. As you can see, well hear, there is no sound ?

Can anyone tell me why the sound didn't record ? Is there a setting on the PS4 i need to know about ?

Also i don't want 15 minutes of gameplay recorded, just 5 minutes would do. Is there anyway i can change the recording down to 10 or 5 minutes of gameplay ???

Once you press the SHARE button on your controller, then press the OPTION button in order to have a list of settings. You will find your video recording preferences there

Will it have options for sound ? I was suprized there was no sound recorded ? I take it i'll have an option to confirm the sound ??

think it must have been a corrupt file or something as when i recorded some Motogp the sound was fine.

I don't remember exactly and I don't have my PS4 here now to check it out, but I think the only possible setting for the sound is related to your voice comments, which you can record together with the sound of the game. The balancing between game sounds and voice sounds is adjusted separately, by holding the PS button (the round one in the middle of the controller) and by choosing 'Adjust devices'. You can completely exclude it also by muting your microphone, both on your PScam or on your headset.
