How do you save in Bloodborne?...

Hi,

I've just started to play that Bloodborne, very frustrating game! LOL After getting killed a hundred times I finally reached the second Hunter's Dream spot and thought when I would exit the Hunter's Dream location I would get back to the second spot but instead I got back to the first Hunter's Dream location and it seems that I have to start all over again... How do you get back to the Second spot???
