How do you upload ps4 gameplay with my voice in the background?

Hey guys,i know how to upload videos to Facebook, YouTube, but unaware on how to add my voice and talk about the game whilst I pay to YouTube or Facebook.....
Do y'all know how to do so?

If I remember correctly, there is an option to include your game chat in the share setup. You could also edit the video using the share factory, and record your comments over it.
