How long will this game be?

How long do you think Watch Dogs will be in terms of gameplay? Will it be a GTA-esque game? I'd love to know your thoughts on Watch Dogs.

Personally, hacking in an open world and using basically any electronic to my disposal sounds like a dream come true. Like a movie you watch except you can enjoy it for more than 2 hours. It sucks this was delayed but at least we'll get a more polished game and not a rushed one.

The only think that concerns me about this game is how they will implement controlling the various devices with in the city. Will it be smooth and quick. Like if I need to control something pretty quick will I be able to or will they show down time in order to do so. As far as gameplay , it sends like it will be a pretty large game.

I hope there is a lot to the vigilante part of the game, I want there to be lots of instances where you can save people. Maybe even have new ones generate, instead of helping around 30 people and then nobody is left to be in trouble.

I'd say it will have a decently long story, maybe ~15 hours, but with a lot of side quests and missions that will make the game a lot longer. I would probably liken it to Assassin's Creed 4, which has a big open world with lots to do that gives you a lot of playtime.

I think it will be an Anti-GTA.

You'll free-roam around the city stopping crime and saving people.

I think replayability will be great.

I'm curious about this too, when exactly is the release date and will there be DLCs forth coming in the foreseaable future after the release date?

I'd say about 10~15 hours story with bunch of side missions, but not much variety in terms of gameplay.

I'm not really that concerned about the length of the game, I don't care much if it's just an 8 hour experience as long as it delivers the good well. But by the way it looks, I think this game would be somewhere between 10-15 hours, and judging how games are nowadays, I'm guessing it will be infected with side quests.

If it's under 20 hours, I'll be pretty disappointed. I'm a primarily offline player, and I think lately games have been shipped with great online experiences. They keep forgetting to cater to the older guys like me, I guess.
