Ok long story short. I bought a ps4 on boxing day and finally set it up today with COD Black Ops 3. Since I havent played PS since my PS3 broke down many years ago, I never bothered to make a new account. I managed to retrieve the password to my old account and get COD running online on the PS4. Now heres my issue: 1. I know you cant change usernames, so Im planning to make a new account fresh for the PS4. 2. I clicked "2 day free trial" because it was right infront - although my system came with a "14 day free trial" - Ive read people calling this bait switching online but its whatever because I dont mind as much. My system also came with free $10 for the PSN Store.

Now, my question is..When I make a new PSN username - Will I be able to load up a 1 year playstation plus subscription without any issues? Or will it give me the whole "you already registered playstation plus with us and now you cant use another username BS" ?
I got a transaction receipt email saying I purchased a “PS Plus: 2-Day Trial” for $0.00 and my current wallet amount is $10.00. I also downloaded NUKETOWN to this account  However, when I log into my browser, PS+ says “You do not have any payment methods on file yet”. Now im a little confused because I thought you cant claim the trial without a credit card?

Anyways - Basically I just want to make a fresh username for my new PS4, and I’m wondering If I can freely add a one year PS+ subscription without any BS? And getting that Nuketown would be awesome too.

If anybody can give me some helpful words I would really appreciate it Thank you <3

Leave the account that you bought nuk3town with on your system and you will be able to play it with any other psn id on the system (providing you make it your home system. You can make your system the home system for multiple accounts.) You can add another PSN id and start over with out any issues. The only thing you will need to do is create a new email for your new PSN id. As far as credit cards go, I have never used one on any system. Just go buy a pre-paid and you will be good to go.
