I need game recommendations!

I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I'm getting sick of playing COD Ghosts all the time. I got destiny and I love it, but I also want some variety! I'll probably get advanced warfare, I have battlefield (I suck at it, I can't ever see anybody, I swear I must be blind). I like FPS games, but i'd like to expand my field here. I like games that are graphically beautiful also. Any ones you guys would suggest?

Destiny
BF4
COD Ghosts
and that's about it.

Well if you want variety I suggest you steer away from FPS games because they have little to no variety in them. But since you like FPS try Bioshock 1, 2 and Infinite it's not really more for the shooting but it's definitely a good game if you like FPS. Also the Assassin's Creed series could be up to your alley. Also try and play some indie titles. Oh also The Last of Us.

Second Son will probably fit the beautiful game you're looking for. It's an RPG with powers and an open world, so that'll be a good change of pace for you. Have you played any of the Assassin's Creed games? There's a new one coming out next month. If you don't wanna wait, AC4 is also on PS4. If you haven't played The Last of Us already, it's a must play.

child of Light is an awsome game and even though it's only £11 the story will take you around ten or eleven hours to complete and there are lots of collectables to find on the way Stunning and very underated game.

No one talks about it much but Motogp14 on the PS4 is not just the current only racing game you can get i would rank it up there as one of the best racing games ever

Valiant Hearts is a very thought provoking game. It's not too challenging, but all about the story... the end of which had me, a rugby player, welling up with real man tears!! ( LOL i admit it i was on the edge at the end ) !

My current top three for te PS4 are...

-plants vs zombies: garden warfare
-Destiny
-Diablo 3: reaper of souls

And really if your into it, you can't go wrong with minecraft, my first time playing was on the PS4 and it's great.

That's a little unfair. One could say the same about many genre's really.
Is CoD the same as Bioshock,or Destiny,or Half Life 2 for eg? Its the genre I think maybe you do not like,the first person shooter style and its viewpoint?

No not that, to be honest I really like FPS more than anything. Well sure most games are really just the same but FPS games seemed to be the most butchered one, you'd see games like Portal once in a while and then it's back to shooting stuff again, you feel me?

I think you should buy AS4, Infamous: Second Son and the DLC that released recently and GTA V. These games will keep you busy for a very long time.

In my opinion you're not a "hardcore gamer" if you only play a single genre of FPS games. There are thousands of genres and subgenres jam packed with amazing games that you're missing out on, especially indie games. Uncharted, Far Cry, and Infamous are great games on the PS4, and no doubt there will be more coming.

try some indies. also, if you want a dun recent shooter, get garden warfare. diablo is also supposed tto be everlasting fun

(AWESOME game if you like Multi-player online Shooters Definitely a fun game to get and they have it on Sale at my local Game stop for $19.99 which is well worth the Price)

(This Game I'd Fun it ends short though suppose to have DLC soon I hate when Games do that already have DLC pack ready yet if they would of just used it to begin with campaign would be sufficient. .then come out with extras..money hungry WoOt WoOt ....LoL..)


****Sniper 3 Elite****
(Fun and a very Different Game if you enjoy Tactical Shooting type Story Goes right Along with in-game experience. . My thoughts were I was inpressed!! Worth buying!!



****Remember Before going out to GameStop or wherever u go ..Start Looking on Craigslit for used Games. .that's the beauty of 2014 era..the ps4 games (also ps3) game discs used Blu-Ray Discs which Unless someone took razor to back of did ..Blu Ray discs have scratch Resist costing and will not scratch due to everyday usem..

**So Remember buying a used ps4 game is like buying a new one Check craigs before going to storefront!!!

I own diablo 3 for ps4 and it's a master piece. If you want variety and a game that will last you forever. Diablo is the game for you.

I recommend Thief.

The gameplay is just the right pace. And it is a break from shooters.
