Hello,
For my psychology unit I'm studying. I need to carry out a psychology investigation. Its nothing really high tech but its something I need to do.
So I was wondering if anyone would like to volunteer to complete it.
There are 5 parts to this survey.
Like I said above all you have to do is read a description and then you're presented with 6 questions and its on a scale rating of 1-7. Its asking your own personal feelings/opinion. So if you selected 1 it would be definitely no and 7 would be definitely yes.
Its easy and will only take a couple minutes of your time.
If you'd like to see the survey or do it then could you please reply to this thread or PM me and I'll send you a link to the google form I created.
You must be 16 or over to complete this survey.
(Note: You won't be asked any personal information such as your name or age or anything like that)
If you have any questions then please let me know either here or via PM.
Note2: The topic of this investigation does relate to the topic of mental illness. If you find the topic of mental illness distressing or are overly sensitive to the topic of mental illness in general then I'd advise not asking to complete this survey. If you have any questions about this point then ask below or send me a PM and I'll be happy to answer your questions.

- Instructions Page - Explains what you need to do
- Consent Form - A small description stating you understand what you need to do, your right to withdraw, age consent etc.
- Questionnaire 1 - There is a small blurb you need to read and then based off of the information in that blurb you've to answer some question on a scale of 1-7.
- Questionnaire 2 - Its similar to questionnaire 1 but with a different blurb.
- Debriefing form - gives you more context on what you've actually done and you'll also be asked to tick another box saying you still agree for the data to be used.
