I still find this funny Pornhub and PS4

What I want to know is how Pornhub got this information because I doubt that they have the tech to let them know whose accessing their site through their consoles. If anything the only way they can know that info is if Sony and Microsoft helped them and I doubt that would happen.

I suspect they know by the number of hits.. After all, the ps4 has an ip address. Just like websites keep track of traffic is by tracking the ip addresses.. I am assuming this is how they know how many hits they are getting..

It's actually quite easy to report on.

Part of my job sees me work with website numbers for a regional media company, by using a site called Adobe Site Catalyst, you're able to see which devices people have accessed the site from. I don't know how, but it is do-able.

It didn't end at Pornhub though because I read an article recently where a distributor came out and gave a list of movies that PS4 and Xbox One owners were watching. It was kind of hilarious because they insisted that Xbox One owners had nothing on Ps4 users when it came to consumption. It's really getting a bit ridiculous.

Google Analytics. I track it for my photography website and my own gaming forum and its crazy the amount of information on my fingertips. I can see where you are logging in from, how many pages are viewed, what browser you use, what operating system all the way down to the model of phone you use and the screen resolution. Comes in handy for planning marketing campaigns

I saw recently on Machinima a list of porn on both the PS4 and Xbox One which was kind of interesting and funny. I think anal sex was popular with the Xbox while girl on girl was popular on the Playstation and they made a few comments that were funny. Also the fact that we watch I think 3 times more than Xbox people.

Leisure Suit Larry always pops up on consoles regardless of the generation. Such a small number of people ask for Larry, but there he is. I'd say just wait, he'll turn up lol.
