Images and Videos not uploading to 'What's New'

is anyone else having the issue where their pictures and videos aren't uploading to 'whats new'.

it shows up for me but not my friends. i checked my PSN settings, my facebook settings are set to 'only me'.

one of my friends has mentioned he can see that i uploaded but it shows as a broken link icon.

any ideas or solutions?

i have my PSN privacy settings to anyone. i tried friends of friends at first.

are you able to see others' images/vids?

I did have most of my settings our of wack and couldn't load certain stuff in the xmb but whats new usually works. Were you signed into psn?

yup! they show up for me that i upload them, but my friends all say "nope nothing shows up". even days later
