Is Shadow Warrior coming to the PS4?

I thought I've heard that this game is coming to the PS4, is it true? There doesn't seem to be any update on this game at all.

UPDATE 29/7/14 11:00AM Shadow Warrior will be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 26th September, publishers Namco Bandai and Devolver have announced.

I loved the original shadow warrior, I spent more hours in that than on Doom, and it really made me love First Person slashers. I haven't played the remake, but you reminded me to buy it on Steam, even though it's 40 dollars. Thanks!
