Just started playing and messed up my alchemy certification and need help

I love doing crafting in this game and want to do all the certification quests... somehow I messed up and used the wrong ingredients and now I can't find the Columbine or Mountain Flower... If anyone happens to have any extras they could mail to me... it would be GREATLY appreciated... or know where to find them, I'm only level 7 and my PSN is Timeruinsbelief
