Language settings Spanish to English

Hi,

I'm from the UK currently living in Spain, I just bought a PS4 and set the language settings to UK English, but when I go into PSN everything is in Spanish!, also checked my profile settings and its has primary langauge set to spanish but can't change it to English the option is not there.

Can you not have a PS4 in a different language to the region from which it was purchased in?.

When you set it up I presume you selected Spain as region? Then I think it would remain spanish no matter what language you select.
I think you would need to set up a new account (dont think you change that once account is set up) to get around this and set region to UK,ofcourse you would be then accessing the UK PSN store,if that matters or not is another thing.
You may prefer that anyway?

At least that's my understanding of it.

Perhaps our resident 'support' members knows for sure? Or anyone else?

I'd assume everything is in Spanish because he's now logging into the Spanish region and the Spanish PSN. I assume when he goes back to the UK, it'll be English. I guess you can't switch language settings? That seems weird. OP, how are your Spanish skills?

Right. You have to create a new account and associate it with your PSN ID. You will not loose your datas nor your downloaded games.
