Long wait for PSN setup

I finally got time to start my PS4.

I entered all the details, name, logon details, etc.

Now the PS4 is trying to connect to PSN..

However, it is taking long time. Just circling and it just says please wait.

is this normal?

Just hear the elevator music and watching it circle.

Just to update.. I figured it out.. I clicked to cancel and it brought back the screen and then clicked on activate and it went forward. Not sure what was the issue. very strange.

I think it did this for a lot of people.
