Looking for people intrested in creating a gaming community

Hey everybody I'm looking o create a gaming community based off ps4.
I would like to see these qualities from it:

Casual to competitive
Tight knit group
Mature, respect based
Follow a ranking structure
Be split into branches, brigades, regiments, so on and so forth
Be at least 16+ prefer 18+ possibly see a juniors division in the late future or something
Follow a simple code of conduct ie no racism sexism etc..
A community in which everyone has a voice
Would definitely have its own website
I am completely open to names

I know many of these groups exist already but why not create one of your own.
