Minecraft PS3 sells a million copies in five weeks

The PlayStation 3 version of Minecraft has sold over a million copies since release, Mojang has confirmed. The company's business developer Daniel Kaplan posted a short news story on the Mojang website announcing the milestone.

Minecraft was announced for PS3, PS4 and Vita in August 2013. The company has said on Twitter that the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game are further back in its development queue.

Anyone played MC? Console or PC?

I must have spent hours on my world on the 360 - I even had someone from Official Xbox Magazine to do a tour of my world and post the video to their Youtube Channel because my friends and I build that much

I play MC, but only on PC. I get there may be some people who want it in console because they don't have a gaming PC, but I know people with a gaming PC who buy it on console, I don't get why..
