Need help with headsets.

Hello. I am getting a new headset for christmas but I want one that does not have mic monitoring or that can atleast be turned off. It seems to be hard to find that information online most say they have it but do not let you know if it can be turned off. Any suggestions?

AFAIK only the higher end headsets have mic monitoring.
All the 'cheaper' ones that just plug into the DS4 controller dont.

I recently bought the Turtle Beach Stealth 700.
It has mic monitoring feature,which can be turned all the way down (off) if prefered.
However being fully enclosed headset I find myself actually using it.

Do you have any particular headsets in mind?
