need non-internet stand-alone PS5 games

I am purchasing a PS5 for my brother who lives in a group home. There is no internet available where he lives. I am needing to find out how to determine if any specific PS5 game can be played stand-alone with only the physical game disc. He may, at times, play a game with a friend in the house, but most of the time he will be playing by himself. I do not see anything identifying whether or not any particular game can be played stand-alone without any internet connection. Is there a list of such games or a webpage where I can find out. The playstation website so far appears to be totally useless in this regard. Any help will be much appreciated!
