Need : PS4 wireless Playstation camera

At this point I don't see Sony releasing a wireless camera though it would be cool. For now all the one's that are available have to be connected to a PS4 to work. Unless someone comes up with a connector that you can attach to your home theater system. Until then if you want the PS4 camera then you're going to need a PS4.

I could see them doing a camera that accesses the console remotely through your home wifi network or something. It's not really an issue for me since I keep both in the same place and I never mess around with the cables, but it would be definitely nice to see.

Wait, I have searched for this and found nothing. I'm sure they're going to make one or maybe just different mics? Who knows, they already have led chargers and such.

It is great that your views complements my own. I foresee them creating a wireless camera that would be accessible by use of remote controls. This would be very essential for people like me who have messed up with cables for quite sometimes in my house.

As far as I know there isn't a wireless camera planned. I personally have the camera and the wire seems long enough for a few different set ups. I have my camera sitting on top of my TV and the PS4 is below on a low shelf and I haven't had any problems. However, with the rate all of this new tech is coming out, it probably isn't out of the question that a wireless camera would be made eventually.

At the time of writing this (9/3/2015), there doesn't appear to be any wireless camera in the works, I assume because of the large amount of data that it would need to transfer. They do now sell a third party extender cable, but it has a maximum length of 6.5 feet, and it seems that you can not combine two of them together.

For me personally, I have a projector, and a lot of cables running under the floor which allows the PS4 to be pretty far away, tucked in a corner of a room. I would need like a 20ft. extension cable. In other words....I'm screwed :)
