Hello. I just purchased a ps4 from Walmart today.

My first play station was the ps2. Played mostly shooting type games.

I have a question to ask.

I have a rectangle shaped game room. On one end I have a 75 inch samsung f8000 led HDTV. On the other end of the room, I have a receiver hooked up to blu ray and speakers.

I will hook up my ps4 to the receiver so that I can get sound from my speakers.

My receiver has a very long hdmi cable going to the tv. (Hidden by the ceiling)

My question is in regards to the wireless controllers and the ps4 console itself.
Since the ps4 console is on one end of the room and I will be in the middle of the room facing away from the ps4 console, will I have any issues?

I will be facing the tv which is in front of the ps4 but I will be in between.

Hello and welcome to the forum Tripplej.
So what you are saying is your PS4 will be behind you right? With nothing or even things inbetween? Doesnt matter anyway. Then to answer your question,no..you shouldnt have any issue.

Correct. I have my receiver, blu ray, PS4 on a rack on the back of the room. The tv will be in the front of the room. Therefore, when playing, I am facing the tv and the PS4 will be behind me..

Nothing in between to block any signals.

Good to hear I should be good to go. Will try it out soon. My tv arrives on Friday so waiting till then to hook everything up. :)

Thanks for the welcome! :)
