No Man's Sky for the PS4.

Seems pretty interesting to me. Here's the announcement trailer for No Man's Sky straight from E3:

Game looks amazing. Even more amazing is that it's only developed by <5 people. Space fights, randomly generated worlds, customizable aircraft and planets? Count me in. Just hoping it comes out this year.

i noticed some flight combat but i think this game will be the ''money costing version'' of star citizen. it looks like wildstars explorer path without any hotkey pressing until something dies.

They stated that it would take 5 billion years to explore each and every planet for even one second. The procedural generated content seems interesting. We will have to wait and see.

I wonder how many can their engine actually generate before we see repeats in environment and planets. I know they say it's practically infinite but we know how developers are. I'm a little skeptical at how it will turn out because everything about this game sounds too good to be true.

On next 10th august it will be purchasable, I have already preordered it.
Looks very promising to me. The only thing I will have to get used to, is the 1st person view, which I do not like much. As far as I know, there is no 3rd person view option for this game.
