Obtaining all 23 trophies and get the Platinum in No Man's Sky is quite easy. You have to reach the level 10 in all activities shown in the 'Journey' section.

Attain ‘Naturalist’ status in Uploaded Discoveries

This trophy requires you to find, scan, and upload all the alive creatures on a single planet. Gold, Aluminium and Iridium are the most valuable materials that you can use to make money. There are also collectibles, such as Gravitino Balls or Vortex Cubes, which can be used for trading. To get this trophy you must have 250.000 Units in your inventory.[/td]

You will encounter many alien structures by exploring the planets' surfaces (Stones and Monoliths). Attain ‘Archivist’ status in Uploaded Discoveries
You have to find, scan and upload all animals on seven planets. Explore the surface, the sky and the water. Once done the trophy is yours. Tip: Some animals may appear only at night, only in caves and/or only in certain atmospheric conditions (such as extreme storms or rain). In order to accomplish the duty, you will have to spend at least 1 day (1 sol) on the same planet. Good luck![/td]

You have to destroy a total of 50 spaceships to earn this trophy. If you carry expensive material in your ship (such as Gold or Iridium), pirates will come and attack you. Attacking cargo ships will also call enemies, as well as attacking space stations. Tip: Be sure to be well armored and shielded if you decide to attack cargo ships or Stations.[/td]

Attain 'Robust' status in Longest Lifespan
You have to survive, without dieing, on planets with extreme conditions, for 20 Sols (days). One day on a planet is about 20 minutes. The extreme conditions are shown on your HUD with the word 'EXTREME'. Such conditions are hot temperature, cold temperature, acid rains and radioactive atmosphere. Be sure to have enough resources (tytanium or zinch) to recharge your shields. Tip: Always stay outside because if you enter a structure, a cave or your ship the timer will stop.[/td]
