Noises when PS4 is placed vertically

Hi

I brought a PS4 about a week ago. Everything has been nice and with no problems. Until yesterday the machine has been placed horizontal but yesterday I brought a vertical stand, the official. But after mounting the stand to the machine and placing it on the stand some funny noises appeared. When i turn it back to the horizontal position the noise disappears. But immediately when i turn it back vertical the noise will come back. I suspect the noise is coming from the spinning disc inside.

Are other people having this problem? What can i do? I also believe the fans are more frequently in the vertical position.

I dont know if its posssibe as i have not bought the stand yet but have you tried standing it up on its other side?

My friend is having the same problem with his PS4 although I have had absolutely no issues I wish I could help you man, but all I can suggest is to just keep it horizontal. I had the same kind of issue with my PS2, and it was just the disc spinning and worked fine when horizontal.
