Outlast PS4 trophies appear

Outlast is heading to PS4 as February’s free PlayStation Plus title, and the game’s official trophy list has just popped up online.

Bronze

Illuminated – Restore power to the Administrative Block
Flushed – Drain the Sewers
Soaked – Activate the sprinklers in the Male Ward
Emancipated – Collect the key in the Female Ward

Silver

Educated – Collect 15 documents and complete 15 recordings
Punished – Finish the game

Gold

Pulitzer – Collect all documents and complete all recordings
Lunatic – Finish the game in Insane mode

As I'm new to PS4 (and didn't play PS3) I'm not too keen on getting trophies for the games. Same as the achievements for Xbox 360.

Anyone a trophy hunter? Will this little overview give you a guide?
