I just finished playing GTA V on my ps4, had it on the ps3 as well. Where does this game "encourages readers to murder women for entertainment"? It encourages to murder anyone and everyone, well not really, there are just no real consequences to gunning people down. Other then killing a prostitute, which is not part of the story or even a side mission, to get money, I do not see how this is game specifically targets women. It is violent and if translated to real world actions, horrific, but I do not see any part of the game that makes attacking women a focus. If anything, it is all men you have to kill.

Because certain groups like to cherry pick and say it's offensive because you can kill prostitutes for money and that's all the game is about. They are the same people that have never played the game. I'm gonna try to find a YouTube clip about a game (forget what it is so I have to search for it) and Fox News is doing a story. A guy from the industry asked the anchor 'have you ever seen the game' and she replies, 'I don't need to see it to know it's bad and offensive'. Yeah. That's the mentality we're dealing with.

EDIT: I couldn't find what I was looking for but here's an interesting one that they grossly misrepresent Mass Effect and they keep thinking that it's raunchy sex you get in the game, lol. Just funny the guest that's against it just laughs when asked if she ever saw or played the game. Still fits my point I guess Bunch of people having no idea what they're talking about. Though the guy defending it does a decent job at least when he's allowed to talk.

Exactly. When I first heard this story, I kept trying to think of a moment where you have to kill women, and I can't. I finished the story and still can't find any mission where you need to. How stupid is this whole thing? Extremely!
