Hello , anyone ever seen this defect ?
My game started to freeze the image and be checkered . When that happened could only turn off the power cord. Now when I turn on the game , no picture appears on TV is only flashing blue light . What could be happening?

I doubt it's a HDMI issue because the PS logo shows correctly.

Sony's support suggest to make a 'safe mode reset' for those who are experiencing such problem.
