Playstation 4 with Computer Monitor

Hey there! I preordered a playstation 4 and I want to hook it up with my Dell computer monitor wich doesnt have any built in speakers. I'm gonna connect it via HDMI-DVI cable and I was wondering how am I gonna get audio? Since the PS4 only have optical audio out and my Logitech speakers have 3,5mm jack cables what's the way to get sound?

Are there any cables/converters which wont decrease audio quality?

Your display screen doesn't have a HDMI entrance? Because the only way i am seeing you won't be able to connect your speakers, you would have to have a better sound system with a base that let's you connect by optical cable.
