Greetings everyone,
My name is Matt and I'll be looking for some passing talent the next couple weeks as I re-open a previous (Division 2) style of leadership, recruitment and management.

Secondary Position/s: ST/CAM/RB
Fifa History:
-InsTeP FC started in March of 2013 during Fifa 13.
- Division 2 Rank
-Totalled 47 members.
- Scrimmages/Activity level incorporated 7-15 people on at all times throughout half of a given day.
-Strategy-
The strategy has always been possession, possession, possession. Through passing (Through balls, air-through balls, crosses and direct). Good communication will be essential as everything is situational. Making safe and correct decisions to enforce possession is critical. As the Football Club accumulates members, different play styles will become molded into solid strategy, as we become comfortable to everyones needs and skill-sets. I plan on making the most active and dedicated members, managers, in order to facilitate options and selections for those that participate more often.
Requirements:
- RESPECT for all members is non-negotiable. 16+ Age-group. Mature only.
- Passing is required to be on this team. "Ball-hogging" or "accomplishment chasing" will be quickly delt with (Prompt removal from club).
- Quick & concise communications. Negativity, abusing comms, whining, etc.. will get you removed from the match. Second offense is removal from club.
- Headset is required.
- Members, respectably, should be 83+ for their primary position.
- Assigned captains must be knowledgeable of (pressing/pulling out the goalie) strategies or will not be allowed to utilize the Captains position.
- If there are conflicting issues with team members, bring it up to a Managers attention ASAP, in order to handle appropriately.
