Problems "sound" trophies

Hi....
i hope that's the right session to post....

my friend and i, have problems when we got a trophy.....
normally if u get a trophy u see the "popup" and u hear a sound.... "splin"

Anyway.....
with ps4 i see only the popup but i don't hear the sound...

I've the same settings like an another friend.... he hears the sound, i don't....

Can u help me??

I have heard the sound when you're awarded with a trophy.

I believe if you go to settings and turn on 'Key Tones' it should work
