PS Games That Deserve A Movie

I know video game movies aren't good most of the time, for some reason, but I think it would be a good decision for Hollywood to start trying again at this point, seeing as most movies are so digital nowadays anyway that they might as well be video games and vice versa. That said, if Hollywood could make a good movie out of any PS game, which title would you choose? I'd say that the rules for this is to try and keep it PS exclusive, but if you're like me and you have a hard time keeping track of which games are exclusives and which aren't, then I'd say that as long as you have a memorable time playing it on a PS console then it would be counted. Also maybe try including who you'd cast.

I'll start: God of War, starring Hugh Jackman. I'm not even a fan of him as Wolverine, but I think he could do Kratos justice. As for the storyline, GOW's is very rich and they could just take a few elements from each game's plot and patch them together seamlessly into an epic 300-like movie. What do you think, and which are your picks?

I would die to see a Katamari Damacy Movie. But I guess it won't have a decent story, but still that would be so funny to watch.
I think Metal Gear with Jake Gyllenhaal would be epic. I would love to see a Devil May Cry movie too, but I don't know any actor that could play Dante well, maybe Brad Pitt. His attitude in Fight Club is the closest I can think of. I just would love to see them make a nice animation of the monsters in DMC.

As long as the movie won't be directed by Uwe Boll, then I bet it will be good. Personally, I'd like to see Assassins Creed be made into a movie. Either Ezio or Altair would be fine. I'm not that fond of Connor though. But my bet for Ezio would be this Italian actor named Riccardo Scamarcio. Check him out on google, he'll look amazing on the part. As for Altair, my bet would be Tahar Rahim, this French actor of Algerian descent. He can speak French and Arabic as well. They may not be Hollywood stars, but they are great actors. Just watch Riccardo Scamarcio on Romanzo Criminale, and watch Tahar Rahim on A Prophet.

Hugh Jackman as Kratos? I'm not so sure with that. I think that The Rock or Stone Cold Steve Austin would do a better job. Lol. I would also like to see a parasite eve movie. I don't know who would be fit for the role of Aya Brea though. All I know is that the actress to play Aya should be hot and sexy. I think it could turn into a hot movie franchise like Resident Evil.

I would also like to see a final fantasy 8 and Xenogears movie. I'm not sure how they could shorten it to a two hour movie though.

I know HJ doesn't seem like the best choice, but I've thought about the muscle bound guys and I don't think they act well enough to carry such a huge title. And with all the white paint you'd hardly notice it was him anyway, but he would probably have a better chance of doing the role justice - plus, if you think about it, Wolverine is basically just Kratos with adamantium claws, no? I'd still like to find some other actors that could fit the part better, though, and I really think they should make this since the video game movie market is needing some serious jolt. Also, I'd love to see an FF movie too.
