Gracias

Sospiro. In inglese per favore.
Hi everyone, I'm new and couldn't find a discussion I'd like to open, I hope you can help me post my question correctly. I would like to play on a TV in the room with the ps 5 in the living room, without using a PC, is there an android box where to install and use Lapp remote play? to connect ps5 and ps4 controller via bluetooth? I hope you can help me because I don't know how to do it since pstv is out of production and I think it can't connect the ps5 controller and it doesn't have a 4k resolution. Thanks
I said ...English.

Okay, let's see if I can help here:

- You can play your PS5 in the living room without using a PC. All you need is multiple ethernet ports on the back of your "modem" (I mean, whatever internet box you use. Here in U.S., some ISP's supply their own routers, so if you have 4 ethernet ports there, use it.)

[To be fair, PS5 has WiFi 6 ready inside the system, so use that for internet if you can't wire your console to a modem/router.]

- You don't need an Android installation box, or a laptop (which is a PC, anyway).

- You cannot use the PS4 controller to play PS5 games, but you can use it for PS4 games, as the system is Backwards Compatible. When you first install your PS5, it'll ask you to connect the enclosed (with the system itself) USB cable.

- As for your remote play question: If you have a PSVita, or a PS4, you can remote play as long as you have a "Remote Play" feature on that particular system. For example, if you have PS5 in living room, and PS4 in your bedroom, you can remote play via bedroom and have fun. It works similarily to the PSVita remote play on PSTV.

I didn't understand the first point about the router and ethernet. But my question is besides pstv can I use Lapp remote play on an android TV box? And play it remotely? (for joypads, both ps5 and ps4 connect via Bluetooth to the box)

How do you get internet?

I don't know what "Lapp" is, I just assumed it was a laptop. Android TV box sounds like a separate box or something.

You just plug your console to a TV that has a HDMI 2.0 port in the back, although HDMI 2.1 is recommended.

Bluetooth connectivity from the joypads (PS4/PS5) are designed to communicate with the PS4/PS5. It automatically is paired once you plug it into the PS4/PS5 via USB, so it recognizes the controller.

The controller is recognized by the android box (they are those boxes that make the TV smart to be clear that they have an android system where you can install applications) but I don't know if I can install and run the play remote application (of the playstation), since the price of the pstv and the box are similar, but the box allows many more things. I have one branded tmvision, where the application I installed with APK, however, fails to start.

I don’t know anything about using android tv for remote play, but if it has a remote play app you can use that. You actually can use a DS4 for PS5 games via remote play. I’ve done it via a PS4 Pro. It works fine (though obviously you don’t get haptics nor adaptive triggers). Which makes it perplexing that you can’t use them directly on the PS5 for PS5 games.

The ones I would like to do and play ps5 in another room. The ps5 in the room is playing in the room remotely with an android box

I don’t know anything about this app or if it’s good, but it says it supports Android TV. So I guess try it:

I can NOT provide any support for this app. I’ve never used it and I don’t even have an Android device of any kind.
