Help Please !
So after the issue about safe mode, I already try rebuilding, updating it, then re install the system. Then when I turn it on I can't get pass the blue screen where it ask me to connect the controller via usb then press ps sign. I already tried resetting the controller and it's still the same. Please if any have any solution please help me. Also when I turn the PS4 with the TV turned on it automatically goes to safe mode then shuts down after a couple of seconds. But when I turn on the PS4 without the TV it goes directly to the blue screen.
