ps4 crashes and weird screen

hi
today i was playing xenoverse and then console starts to run really slow and the screen flickering, i tried the the deep colour output but with no success
i also tried reinstalling the latest update with a pendrive and its also a dead end, i recorded a video

i used the same hdmi cable to test with my laptop and its working fine
anything i could do? or someone with similar problems?

Yeesh. That is one hell of a problem you have there. I would try to test your PS4 on another TV first. If it flickers, could be a problem with the PS4. Another thing to try is using a different HDMI cable. Technology is weird sometimes. I've had peripherals/cables not work on one device but work on another and could be the case with your HDMI cable. Also, where is your PS4 located? Good ventilation?
