My PS4 controller came with buttons not working. I'm glad i got two of them. I'm probably going to take it back to the store and ask for an exchange since the controller isn't a day old. Sucks but these things happen. My other one works fine. Hope this isn't another problem with the PS4.

You should be able to get a new controller since it's an original defect, no doubts about it.

Yeah, it looks like you got unlucky but at least your system works. That's why I always buy at least two controllers when I pick up a new system. Though this launch has been covered by the usual hardware and software issues. Still at least you get to play your PS4, plenty of people are experience the dreaded BLOD that is if it turns on at all.
