PS4 Hdd Black Shiny Cover - Replacement ?

My first post here..

I'm from Brazil and unfortunately the HDD black cover is all scratched with time . That bothers me a lot. Do you guys know where I can buy a replacement cover for my PS4 ??

Already tried to contact Sony support here in Brazil unsuccessfully...

Obs.: my PS4 is already out of warranty !

Any idea ???

Hello HolandaDiogo and welcome.

It's very unfortunate that your cover is all scratched, have you tried checking Ebay they might have one laying around?
What exactly did Sony support in Brazil tell you, I would imagine that is a problem they would solve, even without warranty.

How long does standard warranty last there? I thought its the same everywhere,1 year.

Sony says I have to send the whole console for repair. I think its very dangerous to send the entire console just because of a piece of plastic. The postal service here in Brazil is not very careful ... hehe

I'm still looking for a website that sells only the hdd Cover..

Yeah, figures you would have to send the whole console.
Luckily it's only an aesthetic problem but it would bother me a lot as well.

Do you get a version of Amazon over in Brazil?

If so I found these decal covers that would hide the scratches.
