PS4 : Music while playing help

I just wanted to know if the ps4 allows you to play music while playing games with out unlimited music service...

not until Sony pushes an update that will support MP3s and adds a music player.

I was about to say, the only current method I think is through Music Unlimited.

The Ps Vita can't do this either!! I really want this feature along with themed homescreens which i hear are coming.
