PS4 + PS App - iPhone 4s - Don't able to connect to PS4

I'm not able to connect my PS App on iPhone 4s to the PS4.
They are in the same network with the same IP range and the router is configured in DHCP mode but the App doesn't find the PS4 so I cannot input the code to connect them.

Does somebody facing the same trouble?

Have you followed the instruction on the app about connecting to your PS4?

Something to do with typing the code that is displayed on yor PS4 into your phone etc?

Yes I've followed but the App doesn't find the PS4 even though they are in the same network.
The message on the App is: "Is not possible to find the PS4 system" or something like that because my app is in native language (portuguese).
