Can I use remote play with ps vita at 1 MBPS download wi fi speed?

I doubt it. I have tried remote play on a few connections that were around that and it always says the connection is too slow.

I am having the same issues, so no remote play for me. Unfortunately, I don;t have a very high speed internet connection.

Doubtful, that's wayy too low of a connection speed for streaming..

I have a 5.5mbps down speed and 1.85mbps up speed and I can only get y Vitya to turn on my PS4...
