Ps4 second account features

Hey, needing some advice and if i had any sort of idea then id use google,
I have a ps4 since launch day and decided to get my son a ps4 of his own for Christmas.
So a few things i need to know.
My ps4 is the primary account and have downloaded a game from psn store say driveclub, would my son be able to access driveclub from his console by using my account, i also pay the £12.99 a month for playstaion now on primary console, so would my son be able to access these games too (we use same wifi),
Basically any info on this subject would be a huge help.
Mainly...
I pay subscription, could he access my games using my account or does he need his own account,
Could i restrict internet access on his ps4 but still be able to play online)
Or because i dont allow him to use the internet as he raided my account for fifa coins (weve all been there) could there be able to play online and not anything else,
Any help appreciated

I may be wrong but, if you downloaded it, it's on the hard drive in your console.
