Ps4 slim ps+ and psn, local profile need to know

Hello

I want to sell my ps4 slim and buy ps4 pro so my question is if i do factory settings on my ps4 will it erase my profile, ps+, psn ? And if not then i just log in with my local profile and my psn acccount on a new ps4 pro and also will it automaticly transfer my ps+ subscripton?

Yes if you do a factory reset, it will erase all content on that PlayStation, and yes when you sign in on the new PlayStation you are buying, it will have your ps+/psn information on that PlayStation.

Will it erase also my local profile ? then i wont be able to login with my local profile on a new ps4 ?
